WARRANTY CLAIM FORM

For warranty claim submissions please provide as much information as you can to enable us to process your claim as quickly as possible.

IMPORTANT, warranty claims older than 10 post repair will be required to be sent to our offices for detailed inspection. Along with other things we test for post repair:

• Additional drop structural damage
• Water & moisture exposure

This ensures it will satisfy the conditions set out in our Terms and Conditions (section 9). We reserve the right to charge £25 for any invalid warranty claims as stipulated in section 9.5
