Today: After order submission we will send you email confirmation and instructions on where to send your device. You can then send us your broken iPhone by whatever means you like. (Royal Mail Special Delivery is often preferred as it will arrive the next day and comes with insurance)
Tomorrow: We will receive, repair & test your iPhone and get it back out for delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery
Day After: You will receive your iPhone and pay for your repaired device.
