Broken Phone Screen | Photo & Video Backup
If you are in the position of not having backed up your device and have broken your display preventing you from doing so, then this is the service for you! We are able to extract the photos and videos from your device even with a broken screen without you having to spent significant money repairing it.
The backup can happen to either a cloud based service of your choosing such as iCloud, Google Photos, Dropbox etc or to a USB stick provided by ourselves. In the majority of circumstances we will require your passcode or pattern in order to unlock the device. As soon as you are happy that we have extracted all your cherished memories, for GDPR compliance we will factory reset your device, unless of course you are not trading it in.
Photo and Video Backup Call-Out
If you are fortunate enough to live within one of our call-out service areas:

- North Surrey
We can offer you a collection service. It’s not possible to do whilst we are there like most of our repairs due to the amount of data that may need backing up so instead they are taken to our office and returned.
Simply select “Call-Out ” and your preferred date at checkout and someone will be in contact to discuss options and a suitable time.
Postal Repair
The main advantage of using Mobile Screen Fix to backup your photos and videos other than our price is the speed at which we will have it back to you!
We understand that no one wants to be without their phone for longer than necessary. So when using our Mail In service we don’t waste time with fancy packaging as this would take time to arrive! Instead we leave this up to you giving you the flexibility to send it the day it’s needed.
How it works
Today: After order submission we will send you email confirmation and instructions on where to send your device. You can then send us your device by whatever means you like. (Royal Mail Special Delivery is often preferred as it will arrive the next day and comes with insurance)
Tomorrow: We receive your device and start the backup process, (this is usually completed within 24hrs). If cloud services were preferred we will notify you to let you know they have been successfully uploaded and for you to verify. If you have requested USB we will have this safely packaged up and sent out via Royal Mail.
The way our website has been designed has resulted in all postal repairs having a return postage being added. This will be removed and not charged, should we not need to send anything back to yourself.
