    Is there an additional charge for a home door to door repair

    There are no additional charges associated with either the postal service or home door to door. The prices quoted are the total amounts payable.

    Which payment methods are accepted?

    We only take payments when your device is fully repaired to our standards this can be via card for cash.

    How long does it take to repair my broken screen?

    If we are able to come to you we can have it repaired within 1 hour, if you are posting your device to us as soon as we recieve it it will be repaired and sent back to you the very same day..

    What address do I send my device to?

    Once you place an order via our online shop a member of our team will contact you and provide delivery instructions

    How do I claim on the 12 month warranty

    We keep records of every order placed, all you need to do is contact us and make us aware of the issue.
